BJJAds, a service operated by SonicPush LLC, runs Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising for BJJ academies in the United States. We write the ad creative, build the audience and targeting, launch the campaigns, optimize them, and report on performance.
Campaigns run in your own Meta ad account, which we work inside via partner access. You pay Meta directly, on your own card, and you set the ad budget; there is no minimum. We never hold or manage your ad spend. Our management fee is the only thing we charge.
Your strategy brief and ad concepts are free — no card required to start. You enter a card when you approve your creative. If you pay at that point, your subscription begins and the first charge occurs then. If you instead put a card on file, nothing is charged that day: your subscription begins and the first charge occurs when we put your ads live in your account, and never before — if your ads never go live, you are never charged. The subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. Paid service is billed monthly in advance. You can pause or cancel anytime — by email or through your billing portal — and service runs to the end of the paid period.
14-day money-back guarantee: tell us within 14 days of your ads going live that you want out, and we refund our management fee for that period in full.
The guarantee covers our management fee. It never covers ad spend already delivered to Meta — that money is gone the moment it buys impressions. You pay Meta directly, so there is nothing of yours for us to hold or return.
Ad creative, campaign structures, and related assets we produce are licensed to your academy, with the license taking effect on your first payment.
We don't guarantee leads, booked classes, signups, or revenue — anyone who does before spending money in your market is guessing. We guarantee the work product: 15+ ad concepts to start, ongoing creative refresh, and weekly performance updates.
The ad account is yours throughout: account, pixel data, audiences, page, leads and creative all remain yours, and nothing changes when you leave.
A subscription that began before this date keeps the terms it was sold on. On a managed plan, campaigns run in our ad account and conversions fire on our pixel, so those are ours; your ad budget is collected as part of your monthly total and every dollar of that budget line goes to Meta. Your Facebook page, your leads and your ad creative remain yours, and we hand the creative over if you leave. Founding-member pricing is locked for as long as that subscription stays active.
Lead guarantee, those managed plans only: if we deliver fewer leads than your tier's floor in the first 30 days — 9 on Starter, 15 on Growth, 23 on Aggressive — we refund the management fee for that period. A lead is someone who completed the form on your ad. The 30 days run from the day your campaign actually goes live. The lead guarantee and the 14-day guarantee do not stack: whichever you claim, the management fee comes back once. Any part of a managed ad budget we are still holding unspent when you cancel inside the 14 days is refunded to you as well. If your management fee for that period was waived under a promotional offer, the fee refund is nothing, because you paid us nothing; the unspent-budget refund still applies in full.
You confirm you own or are authorized to advertise the academy you sign up. Ads must comply with Meta's advertising policies; we'll flag anything that doesn't.
The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
