The honest part

You opened a gym to teach jiu-jitsu.
Not to run Facebook ads.

You see other academies in your city running ads on Instagram every week. Yours isn't. You know you should be doing it. You just don't have time — and the last agency you tried wanted $2,000 a month and didn't know the difference between a fundamentals class and a comp team.

Now Meta changed how its ads work. What used to bring in students doesn't anymore. The system rewards gyms that can put out fresh creative every two weeks. You can't keep up alone. And paying an agency $1,500 a month to do it for you doesn't pencil out.

Meanwhile, your mat has empty spots.
And the gym down the road is filling up.

Who we are

We get it. We train too.

BJJAds is built by a tech founder who's been on the mat for eight years. Three kids competing at high levels. Trained at academies across the world — Brazil, the US, Europe — different cultures, different approaches to the art.

We know what a fundamentals class is. We know why a no-gi gym in Texas talks differently than a competition team in Long Beach. We've seen what good gym marketing looks like and what bad gym marketing looks like, because we've sat in the lobby of both.

And we know Meta's new advertising system better than anyone you'd hire for $1,500 a month — because we're the engineers who built around it.

The plan

Here's how it works.

Three steps. No long contracts. No mystery.

·12· min

1. Tell us about your academy.

12-minute form. Your programs, your city, your monthly goal. No Meta setup on your side — when the time comes, one click approves our access to your Facebook page. No call required.

48 hrs

2. We build your ad strategy and your first creative.

Within 48 hours you get a strategy brief — competitive intel on every BJJ academy advertising in your city, plus our plan for yours. Then we build the ads. You approve before anything goes live.

15+ / cycle

3. We run your ads. You teach jiu-jitsu.

15+ ad concepts to start, fresh variants every cycle. A weekly performance email. A monthly report. Pause anytime. Every dollar of your ad budget goes to Meta — the management fee is what we keep.

Why this works in 2026 when old agencies don't.

In late 2025 Meta changed its ad system. Now the algorithm picks who sees your ad based on the creative itself — not your audience targeting. To win, you need 10–20 different ad concepts running at once, refreshed every 2–3 weeks.

A normal agency makes 3–5 ads a month. They can't keep up. We make 15+ every cycle, each one modeled on a real competitor ad we've seen working in your city. That's the only way the math works on a $99 management fee.

The system

Why the fee isn't $2,000
$99 a month.

Traditional agencies scale with people. More clients = more account managers, editors, media buyers, meetings.

We built a system purpose-built for BJJ academies that automates most of the repetitive work.

  • 01
    Competitor research
Every BJJ ad running in your city, indexed and watched.
  • 02
    Creative variation
Concept generation across our eight hook archetypes.
  • 03
    Testing cycles
Fresh creative shipped every 2–3 weeks, automatically.
  • 04
    Reporting
A weekly performance email. A monthly report on the first.
  • 05
    Optimization
Continuous re-balancing across what's working in your account.

Dramatically more creative at a fraction of normal agency cost — without outsourcing your gym to someone who's never trained.

One gym. Multiple programs.
Separate creative for each.

Most agencies run one campaign for your whole gym. We run a separate campaign for each program. The audiences are nothing alike.

What changes

What changes when you stop worrying about ads.

New students show up every week. The lobby phone rings. Trial classes fill up. The kids program has a waitlist. You get the monthly performance report on the first of the month, read it in five minutes, and move on with your day.

You're back to doing what you opened the gym to do — coaching, teaching, building the community on your mats. The ads run in the background. The system that runs them was built by someone who actually trains, so it sounds like you when it talks to your future students.

Your mats fill up.
That's the only outcome that matters.

The other path: your mats stay half-full while the gym down the road, the one running ads, fills up. The algorithm keeps changing. The agencies keep getting more expensive. Two years go by.

The math

Set a budget. See honest math.

We'd rather show you a realistic range than a number we can't promise. Drag your daily Meta ad budget — the leads update from aggregated 2026 benchmarks. Once you're live, we replace this with your gym's real numbers.

/ day
$5 $50

$16/day ≈ $486/month of ad spend on Meta.

Realistic leads / month 15–27 People who raise a hand — modeled on $18–32 per lead, 2026 fitness benchmarks.

We bring you the leads. What happens next is your game.

What we deliver is interested people — someone who saw your gym and raised a hand. Whether they turn into a trial, a membership, or a walk-in is down to your follow-up and your offer, and every gym runs that differently — plenty don't do free trials at all. One thing we'll tell you for free, because it's true: a lead you answer within five minutes converts far better than one you get to an hour later. Speed is the cheapest edge you have.

Ad budget is part of your monthly total and every dollar of it goes to Meta — we pay them, you never open an ad account. The $99 management fee is the only part we keep.

These are industry-benchmark estimates from aggregated 2026 Meta fitness and gym data — not guarantees. BJJAds is new, so we start from published ranges and, within about two weeks of going live, replace them with your gym's real cost per lead. Actual numbers vary by city, offer, and how fast you follow up.

One number a month. We run the rest.

You never touch Meta. No Business Manager, no Ads Manager, no ad account. One click to approve our access to your Facebook page — we do everything else, including paying for your ads.

No. Every concept is modeled on a real competitor ad in your city. Vertical 9:16 video, your footage where possible.
No calls. Everything happens on your review page — approve concepts, pick a budget, check out. Then one click to approve our access to your Facebook page. No Business Manager, no Ads Manager, no ad account, no card on Meta. If you get stuck, we'll reach out to help.
Then self-serve suits you better: $99/mo for the management, your ad account, your card on Meta, your budget under your control. You give us partner access and we work inside your account. Ask for it at checkout.
At checkout, when you approve your creative — that's the first charge, and it covers both your ad budget and our fee. Your ads go live the same day. If the first 14 days after launch don't earn their keep, say so and we refund our fee in full.
For founding members, yes. The first 20 gyms lock the $99 management fee for as long as they stay subscribed. It goes to $149 by gym 50. We will never raise a founding member's fee. Your ad budget is your own line — change it whenever you like.
On a managed budget, we put a floor on it: 9 leads on Starter, 15 on Growth, 23 on Aggressive. Miss the floor in your first 30 days and month two's management fee is free. That floor is your budget at the worst cost per lead in our published range — not a best case. We also guarantee the work: 15+ concepts to start, fresh ads every cycle, a weekly performance email, a monthly report.
On a managed budget the ads run in our ad account, so there is nothing for you to set up — your Page, your leads, and your creative stay yours, and we hand the creative over if you leave. If owning the account matters to you, take the self-serve fee instead: $99/mo, your account, we work inside it.
Meta requires (March 2026) that AI-assisted ads carry a disclosure flag. We comply on every ad. It hasn't hurt performance.
